Warning signs you can check yourself

An empty list does not mean every site is safe. Before you deposit anywhere, look for the company name and the licence holder in the site footer, and check that the full bonus and withdrawal terms open before you pay, not after. Be wary of withdrawal limits that change after a win, identity checks that start only once you ask for a payout, and a deposit bonus you cannot decline. Save screenshots of the terms on the day you sign up, because terms can change later.

What happens to a report

A problem with a listed casino goes through the complaints form. It is stored as a private open case, staff check it, and they may ask the operator for a comment. If a featured house treats you in a way that matches the warning signs above, report it through the complaints form so the case is on record.
